Founding roles, real influence
You help choose the architecture, the engineering standards and the tooling - and then build on them with customers. Having an opinion is expected; so is changing it when someone has a better idea.
End-to-end engineering
Cloud Infrastructure, Software Engineering, Data and AI sit in one team. You design it, you build it, and you stay close enough to see how it behaves in production.

The people who help build GAIA should be able to benefit from what they create. Our roles carry eligibility for GAIA’s employee share programme, direct collaboration with the founders, and access to the wider Reaktor Ecosystem.

Founding Data Engineer
Build GAIA’s Data Engineering practice from day one: cloud-native data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines for customers, plus the architecture, standards and reusable components the practice runs on.
